- Orders canceled within the specified time frame will be eligible for a full refund.

- NOXBEAT reserves the right to cancel any order in case of product unavailability or other unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel your order, you will be notified, and a full refund will be processed.

- Refunds will be processed for canceled orders within 10-14 business days of cancellation.
- To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Freight and COD charges for Shipping & RTO Born By Buyer Side.
Refund Process:
- Once your canceled order is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
- After the COD & shipping charges are deducted, the refund amount successful credit in your account.
