1. Returns:

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The item is in its original packaging.
• The item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
• The item was not a customized or personalized order.

3. Returns Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer service team at support@noxbeat.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Provide your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.
• Our customer service team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return authorization (RA) number.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days.

5. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

After the COD & shipping charges are deducted, the refund amount successful credit in your account.
